Officiant Services by Colleen & Co. has a team of caring, qualified, and experienced individuals who are thrilled to be a part of your special moments! Our journey began in 2018 when a group of close friends yearned for a wedding ceremony that encompassed the beauty of diverse faiths without excluding anyone. Inspired by their vision, Colleen, our remarkable founder, embarked on a quest of self-discovery and knowledge. It all began with Rick and Tyler. Drawing from years of dedicated study in world religions and elective classes, Colleen became ordained to fulfill this heartfelt purpose. Little did she know that her passion would lead to a flourishing business that has touched the lives of countless couples.

In her inaugural year as an officiant, Colleen encountered numerous couples who were left in distress due to last-minute cancellations by their chosen officiants. Determined to spare others from such heartache, she assembled a team of like-minded individuals who now form Colleen & Co, a group of like-minded women officiants

based in Lancaster, York, and Hanover, and beyond.

Through our comprehensive process and pre-ceremony meeting, we ensure that you feel confident and comfortable well before your big day. With a clear understanding of how everything will flow, you and your partner can be fully present, connected, and in the moment during your ceremony

  • Filing of the marriage license according to legal requirements

  • Arrival 30 minutes prior (15 minutes for Elopements)

  • Vendor coordination with photographer and sound team

  • Ceremony up to 45 minutes (Elopements shorter)

  • Follow-up communication and planning guidance

Every package includes:

  • 30% deposit secures your date | Personalized pricing is held for five days from the date of your quote

  • PayPal payments include a 3% fee (Venmo and checks free)

  • Travel beyond 30 minutes: $75/hour round trip

  • Rush customization: 12.5% fee for ceremonies booked within 2 months (excludes License Signing)

  • We’re pleased to extend a 10% discount to military members or ceremonies held on non-peak days (Mon–Wed, excluding holidays) or in January and February for the Premium or Keepsake packages.  Discounts may not be combined.

ADDITONAL NOTES:

Every ceremony is grounded in care, presence, and professionalism. We arrive early, coordinate seamlessly with your vendors, and adapt smoothly to changes in timeline or weather. Our team is polished, inclusive, and reliable, ensuring your day flows with ease. With hundreds of ceremonies led, we bring both warmth and experience to every couple we serve.
