Donna brings warmth, patience, and a wonderfully grounded presence to the couples she serves. With a background in psychology and therapeutic art, she has a natural ability to notice what people need, ease nervousness, and help others feel comfortable being fully themselves.

She is especially drawn to ceremonies that allow a couple's true personalities to come through, whether that means honoring meaningful traditions or making room for something wonderfully unexpected. Her sense of humor is never far away, and she knows that sometimes a little playfulness is exactly what a nervous couple needs.

Outside of weddings, Donna enjoys geology, genealogy, old keys, fiber arts, literature, poetry, and music. These days, she is more likely to be “uncollecting” rocks and keys than acquiring them. Quotations, however, remain the exception—they take up far less room.

More than perfection, Donna hopes couples remember the love, laughter, and people who made their wedding day entirely their own.
