  • Premium Wedding Ceremony - $595

    Designed for couples who want a fully custom wedding ceremony that reflects their relationship and what matters most to them. Personal vow guidance, vendor coordination, and an included rehearsal help you feel prepared, supported, and fully present for the moment you marry.

    Package Includes:

    • In-person or virtual Ceremony Design Session
    • Creation of Customized Ceremony Script • Vow support/coaching
    • Expert Coordination with your vendor team
    • 1 hour Rehearsal • Choice of Premier (Colleen) or Senior Officiant (Chandra)

    Not Included:
    • Travel fees and expenses.

    30% Retainer Required at Booking

  • Keepsake Wedding Ceremony - $395

    A personal, thoughtfully designed wedding ceremony that brings your relationship into focus. Through a Ceremony Design Meeting and your input, we shape a semi-custom script that reflects what matters to you, with professional guidance for a joyful celebration.

    Package Includes:

    • Ceremony Design Session via zoom
    • Semi-Customized Script w/ your input
    • Up to 45 minutes Wedding Ceremony
    • Wedding License Filing with County
    • Coordination with Sound/Photographer • Choice of Senior or Associate Officiant

    Not Included:
    • 1 hour Rehearsal.
    • Travel Fees + Expenses.
    • Coordination with Wedding Planner.

    $125 additional fee for 1 hour rehearsal.

  • Essential Wedding Ceremony - $325

    A warm, meaningful wedding ceremony for budget-conscious couples who prefer to keep things simple. With a thoughtfully prepared script and a few personal touches, Essential celebrates your commitment with professional guidance and joyful delivery.

  • Elopement - $225

    A simple, sweet wedding ceremony for the two of you and a small circle of loved ones.

    • Standard, traditional ceremony script without customization
    • Up to six guests included
    • Available Monday–Thursday
    • Marriage license completion and filing with the county 

    Additional fees: Travel, when applicable. Friday–Sunday ceremonies and gatherings of seven–12 guests are available for an additional fee. Ask your officiant for a quote.

    Maximum: 12 guests. The couple’s children do not count toward the guest limit.

  • Marriage License Signing - $165

    A simple, private civil ceremony for couples who want to make their marriage official with minimal fuss.

    • Brief civil ceremony for the couple only • Location and appointment time arranged with your officiant. • Marriage license completion and filing with the county

    Not included: Travel fees, when applicable.

  • ELOPEMENT + PHOTO - $450

    An intimate wedding ceremony paired with a short photography session to capture your celebration.

    • Up to six guests
    • 15-minute wedding ceremony
    • 15-minute photography session
    • Available with Kris Mae Weiss or Liesa Miller
    • Dates and times subject to your selected officiant’s availability

Payment Terms

Ready to reserve your date?

After your discovery call, we’ll send your agreement and instructions for paying your retainer. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and 30% retainer. If you have questions about making your payment, we’re happy to help.

  1. A 30% non-refundable retainer is payable to Colleen Dwyer to reserve your date.

  2. The remaining balance, including applicable travel fees, is due as outlined in your agreement. Your invoice will specify the amount due, payment recipient or recipients, and payment instructions.

  3. Gratuities are optional and may be given after the service.

Things to Note

  • Couples are responsible for obtaining the correct marriage license for the state/location of their ceremony. Following the ceremony, the marriage license must be processed within 10 days to avoid a fine. If you do not pay the full balance before the ceremony, the license will be held until the final balance is received. The couple is responsible for an additional fee to cover the fine the officiant may incur.

  • A deposit is required to confirm the booking date and time. Cash, Checks, and PayPal are accepted. PayPal payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable. A full deposit is returned if we are not able to fulfill our obligation.

  • We reserve the right to use photos from your event for marketing purposes unless a written request to not do so is received before the ceremony. Please share photos with us and tag @officiantsisters.

  • We fall in love with our couples and enjoy time with them but rarely know our guests. Therefore, we respectfully decline offers to attend the reception and rehearsal dinners. Please reallocate that cost to the festivities!

  • We’re pleased to extend a 10% discount to military members or ceremonies held on non-peak days (Mon–Wed, excluding holidays) or in January and February. No discounts on elopement of license signing services.
